Today Hudson is 7 months old! Where does the time go? This past month he's continued to grow and amaze us. Here are some of Hudson's big moments during month # 7:
- This past month Hudson rolled from back to tummy (June 2nd), first solid food of rice cereal & first time in a high chair (June 3rd), first finger food of rice cracker (June 5th) and went from baby anytime napping to 2 naps a day at 9:30 a.m. & 2:30 p.m. He's getting better at using his gums to get food off the spoon but going to take more practice.
- He likes to play peek-a-boo, look for dropped objects and/or you if you "disappear" and is starting to razz some.
- Went on our first family vacation to the Twin Cities which included first visit to a zoo, first water park & first time swimming, first children's museum and got next car seat May 26 to 28, 2012. Hudson has the most fun in the water and on the lazy river. He loved the waves.
- First ear infection & make that a double - May 29 - 30, 2012.
- Traveled to Waterloo, IA for first CPS Golf Classic June 9th; first air show June 10th; first Father's Day June 17th and first daycare picnic June 12th.
- In development is starting to really roll from front to back & back to front, starting to respond to name, sitting up with little to no support, can really reach and grab items with pretty good precision and passes from hand to hand. He loves to mimic noises and talk when you interact with him & has eye contact.
- Hudson pivots around and loves tummy time. He likes to stand & jump and loves to be tossed in the air. Dad & Mom call him their little thrill seeker or little adventurer.
- Of course he loves to play with his big brother and giggles non-stop when I talk to him. Did I mention he's ticklish?!
